Tepekoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a regional blend by a cooperative of farmers from the Tepekoy region, blending hand-picked Memecik olives which are harvested November through December. This oil has one of our most unique, bold flavors. The unique aroma is crisp and green, with a complex array of flavor on the pallet, ending with an exciting, peppery finish in the throat. Tepekoy is typically light green in color with a maximum acidity of 0.8%. This oil is excellent on sautéed vegetables, red meats, pastas, potatoes, rice, and cold salads.
