One of our regional oils, Milas is produced by a cooperative of farmers from the Karya region. With a maximum acidity of 0.8%, this oil is unique for its sharp flavor with a spicy aftertaste. Harvested December through January, Milas holds a deep green color. This distinctively bitter oil can compliment both hot and cold dishes alike.
