One of our regional oils, Küçükkuyu is produced by a cooperative of farmers from the skirts of the Ida Mountains. Harvested November through December, this oil has a pure transparency and color ranging from yellow to green and a maximum acidity of 0.8%, giving it a light bitter/sweet flavor. This irreplaceable flavor and aroma is ideal with tomatoes, meats, sauces, potatoes, vegetables and cooking.
