Pressed from the hand-harvested olives picked at sea level on Alibey Island, Moskonisi carries the taste of the Northeast wind blowing from the Aegean Sea to the Kaz Mountains. Moskonisi Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed by the traditional millstone with a maximum acidity of 0.8%. Golden yellow in color, this oil carries a slightly light, flowery flavor with a medium boldness. This oil is delicious with salads as well as sautéed and grilled vegetables and other delicate dishes.
