Kidonia is made with the freshest of Edremit olives, harvested each December. This delicate flavor is fresh and clean, similar to that of Incecik. This mild flavor and light oil essence contains several layers including a slight grassy undertone and ending with a peppery-like finish. Ranging from yellow to light green in color, this beautiful flavor is ideal for seafood, salads, grilled and sautéed vegetables, and grilled meats.
